Working alongside another designer, I co-created this comprehensive report to showcase both data and human impact stories. My role included layout design, infographic development, and ensuring brand consistency across visuals. We aimed for a design that balanced professionalism with accessibility, allowing both policymakers and everyday readers to connect with the material. This publication was shared widely with partners, funders, and policymakers as both a record of achievement and a vision for the future. It served not only as a tool for accountability but also as an advocacy piece, reinforcing North Carolina’s role as a national leader in Veteran care coordination.
